I bought three of the same hair dye yesterday ( which Ive used before).Ive used that color three times before and my hair had always turned blonde (I bleach it before hand). Ive never had a problem with it. I have photos of my receipt and to show the same thing Ive always bought. Well it turned my hair brown. I also have a photo to prove that. And not just a light brown or even close to brown. Its a dark brown.

Instructions
Who puts the directions on the inside of the box so when you open it you rip the directions . I put the wrong ratio in my hair. This is been a complaint of mine for a long time I just finally voiced it. Save money?

Hi, I am a customer of ION Hair Color Products. In the last 6 months, the metal tubes that the creams are placed in have been cracking allowing air being in contact with the creams. I have had to return several tubes because of this. I do not always use the entire tube, sometimes half. Also it is very hard to get the product out of the tube. Can the company come up with a customer friendly container that will not crack? I thought I would start here before contacting the CEO of the company. I love the product but it is becoming inconvenient or me to have to return these because the product is very hard to get out of the tube and when I only use half of the tube, it will crack during the squeezing process to get the product out so now it has to be returned. Please come up with something different. Thank you.

Not happy with results for second time
We used snow cap for the second time and it turned my hair grey not white. I have spent upwards of 60$ total and not been able to achieve the snow cap look

Issue with color
Hi I llove ion permanent hair color abs have been purchasing for a while now from Sallys beauty supply. But lately it has been so hard to get out of the tube even when Im using the tool to get it out. Been losing a lot of the color bc it wont come out or it breaks in the side and starts coming out of the bottom. I was told to contact ion customer service.

I generally love Ion products, I've been using them since I was 14 being that myself a hairstylist. However after a summer full of bleach mishaps turned to ion color solutionsintense moister conditioner for help getting my un ruley hair back in order.....worst mistake ever not only did it not help it made matters worse and since I had used the product and it being covid ....you guessed it NO RETURNS uuuugh was a hair disaster I couldn't brush through it I had to RIP my brush through gobs of hair lost and left my hair un manageable I TV felt like greese

Packaging of swimmer products
I have used your swimmers shampoo and conditioner for many years 5 days a week. I like the products. The problem is your containers leak all over my swim bag. The shampoo has always leaked so I get a different bottle ,so not to bad. But now the conditioner bottle also leaks. These are swimmers products. Come on! Charge a bit more and make a leak proof container!!

Ion Shaping Plus Hair Spray
The nozzles do not work or are broken when purchased..............I have returned over a DOZEN over the past 2 years...I am tired of this..........I love the product, but that doesn't help if I can't SPRAY the can! NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME!Do not buy cans of Ion Shaping Plus Hair Spray---the nozzles stick and/or break and you will wind up tossing the can---and its EXPENSIVE!

How to return an item
I bought 2 blow dryers at our local cosmoprof. Due to Covid they dont allow returns. We have to go thru manufacturer. The blow dryers I bought are not powerful enough for what I need them for. Id like to return but need to know the process?

Wrong product
Im a cosmetologist. I purchased Ion color fixit. That worked fine, a little brassy,yet doable. Also purchased a 9NN to use after color removal. It says its a Very Light Intense Blonde. There is nothing blonde about this color. More a 4-6. So terribly disappointed & unhappy. Ive used a 9 many times over the years. Never had it come out brown. Any explanation? All I can think of, is wrong color in wrong tube. A photo of the color is attached so you can see it isnt blonde. Thank You Rebecca Hough

Hello, I recently bought your lavender hair color product, and upon application it isnt even close to being lavender. It died my hair an extremely deep purple which is the opposite of what I want. Now I cant stand my hair and its all because of the terrible marketing of your hair dye, the color on the box and the name of the color dont match the actual color at all. I am extremely disappointed, you guys are lucky you dont get hit with a lawsuit for false advertising.
