hello I recently bought the Ion Max speed 5-speed cordless clippers. they were working beautiful and all of a sudden it is pulling on hair and I have tried everything on the instructions manual but it doesn't seem to be the purpose. Hair color

I bought the same hair color I used to do my hair. I bought the SAME brand to retouch my hair. Instead of hot pink guess what ny hair is now coral pink. I cried all night since I was expecting the SAME hair color. I have tried calling the company MULTIPLE times with no answer. I sent a message to their Facebook page and just get a canned response. I CANNOT re-dye my hair since it is toast. PLEASE can someone HELP!!!

Can’t find product

Please let me know if Im wasting my time trying to find this product.. ION illuminating pomade. I love this product and every time I go to Sallys its never in stock. Ive been checking it out since late November 2023 & they still dont have it. They cant tell me if its been discontinued. Poor customer service. Please help me regarding this problem. Purchase a turntable USB

The major issue Im having is nobody we send me a phone number on a point of contact I can speak with. My number is 480-213-****. I want to order a new turntable capable of recording vinyl records into my computer. I dont know if iTunes or Apple will allow this?

The hair color wont mix with the developer. Leaves blobs in the mixture. No matter how long you mix it you still end up with brown blobs

I used your hair product and now I have bald spots & my hair is falling out and Im still losing hair! This is the worst product Ive ever used in my life and this is embarrassing, I wouldnt recommend this product to anyone. Something needs done about this for pain and suffering.

Can’t find volumizing mist

I have used the volumizing shaping mist for many years and I love how it holds my hair without being sticky or hard. I can not find this mist at Sallys or on line. Do you have another product that is comparable. I have tried others and nothing compares. I wish you did not cancel this spray. Please help. Diane Wojnarowski

Dye did almost nothing

I mixed ion Permanent Brights (tanzanite) with developer and put it on my bleached hair. It was hard to mix too and stayed pretty chunky for awhile. In the end, it didn't dye my hair at all... just turned it a kind of light silver. Box said to leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes, I left it on for over an hour. Total waste of time and money, very disappointed in this product.

I had extremely healthy beautifully bleach blonde hair that I wanted to give a silver look to.. It shows my hair with a silver look on the Sallys Beauty app where you get to try it on before purchasing it.. Well I purchased the ION COLOR BRILLIANCE CREME TONER IN snow cap which is the color that the Sallys beauty app showed to have a silver look! Well it does NOT!! Not even remotely close!! I followed the directions to the tee and my hair now has an orangy yellow color to it, not to mention my once healthy hair feels like straw!! Now Im going to have to get it fixed professionally which is going to cost me well over $100!!! I want my $10.60 refunded to me along with what its going to cost me to have my hair fixed!! I will NEVER use another ION product as long as I live!!!

Chemical Burns

I used the Ion Snow Cap Crème toner in an attempt to get my hair semi silver white not only did it do nothing to remove the brassiness from my hair it has given me chemical burns around my scalp, neck, and even part of my ear. I followed all instructions given and i didnt have these burns before i used this product. Ive never seen a hair company have such little contact information or have such intense product that it gives such burns while frying my hair and doing nothing that its supposed to do absolutely absurd.
